A 1-Day store visit targeting the following areas:

• Merchandising
• Stock Control
• Margin Management
• Staffing
• Marketing

A full report on your operation (usually 20+ pages) with an action plan and suggested strategies for improvement is completed after the store visit.

Also an evening training session of 1 hour can be conducted during the visit. The session centres around areas which need improving (eg booking out) which became evident during the day.
